Does your organization use AI systems that you purchase or obtain?

Think of ChatGPT or Copilot, a chatbot on the website, software that pre-sorts CVs, or a package with a "smart" feature.

What is it used for?

Multiple answers possible. The most serious use determines the outcome.

Does the system make decisions about people, or does it only provide support?
Do the people who interact with it notice that AI is being used?
Do you build AI systems yourself, or bring them to market under your own name?

Also substantially modifying a purchased system, or offering it under your own brand name, counts.
